Fuat Eroğlu graduated from Karadeniz Technical University’s Department of Civil Engineering in 1989. He then went on to work on various construction projects between 1989 and 1994. In 1993, he rise his career in business at Burak Architecture, and made a name for himself in the sector by expanding his companies’ activities into areas such as urban equipment, natural raw material production, and adventure sports.

Fuat Eroğlu is the founder of Cemer Holding and has played a central part in the success that the company enjoys today. With his entrepreneurial spirit and visionary perspective, he led Cemer Holding in its quest to achieve its goals of sustainability, innovation, and contribution to the community. With his leadership and strategic decision-making skills, Fuat Eroğlu has played a key role in building the company into a recognized and respected brand both in Türkiye and internationally.

The companies under Fuat Eroğlu’s management have achieved great success for over 30 years, maintaining their leading positions in the sector. With his innovative approaches and sense of responsibility toward society, as Director of Cemer Holding, Fuat Eroğlu stands out as an important figure who bolsters the company’s confidence in its future.

Büşra Eroğlu graduated from Özyeğin University’s Faculty of Law in 2019. After completing her placement, she began practicing in the field of commercial law. In 2022, she completed a Master’s degree in Private Law at the University of Westminster, London.

During her career, Büşra has assumed important roles in sales and marketing, business and product development and management, and has participated as part of Nproc Natural Products’ second generation of leaders under the Cemer Holding umbrella. In 2024, she took up the position of Brand Director at Sidrex, a startup that has set out ambitious goals for itself. As a board member, Büşra Eroğlu shapes Sidrex’s global vision and plays a key role in ensuring the brand achieves its strategic goals.

Aziz Burak Eroğlu graduated from Sabancı University’s Department of Production Systems Engineering in 2018. He then completed a Master’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration at the European School of Economics in the UK. Since 2019, he has worked in various departments of Cemer Playground Equipment, a subsidiary of Cemer Holding. As of 2023, he has held the role of General Manager of Cemer Playground Equipment under the umbrella of the holding company. Aziz Burak Eroğlu is involved in various social responsibility projects. In addition to his duties within the company, he is also a member of IPAR Playgrounds Committee, and the Vice President of SOSYALBEN Foundation.
